About Us

Lori Blomstrom, Owner
Since 1984, Lori has been remodeling, restoring and refurbishing buildings and homes in the Lehigh Valley, including a sporting goods store in downtown Bethlehem, a circa 1700 stone cottage, and a weekend getaway home at Hawk Mountain. In 1988, she and her father established a small construction company where they installed bathrooms and kitchens, finished basements, and built decks and additions. In 1996, she went out on her own, starting ShePaints, Etc with a focus on painting and wallpapering. Most recently, ShePaints, Etc has expanded to include faux finishes as well as ceramic tile installation, light carpentry and home repair, and light yard work.
Although still a small, quality focused operation, bringing other women on to assist with various projects as needed has enabled ShePaints, Etc to handle multiple and larger projects. Even if one of her assistants is assigned to a job, Lori will personally estimate every project and maintain a direct relationship with you to ensure your complete satisfaction from start to finish.

Brenda is a certified massage therapist as well as a ShePainter. Another stickler for detail, Brenda is a wiz at taping and surface prep, trim work and job set up. Her pleasant demeanor, quality control, and quick anticipation of what's needed make her an integral part of our team. Sharon is the newest member of the ShePaints crew. She has been painting wall murals for over 15 years, and has training in both fine arts and graphics from the Pratt Institute in New York and Bergen County Community College. Marian, aka PI, is a drafter as well as ShePainter. She enjoys staining, carpentry and small home repairs as well as the finer detail work.
